All items over $5 will have a photo taken and sent to buyer via email or sms to show proof of postage and your item(s) has been handmade. 

I can not be responsible for LOST POST after item posted... AND I can not afford to re-make and re-send free of charge. REFUNDS WILL NOT be given if lost after posting. 

If you are wanting the security please use registered post! 

(I've never had lost items before is not an excuse! FIRST TIME FOR EVERYTHING!, SORRY!) I am only a small hobby business. Postman delivering to wrong letterboxes and lost postbags can make or break us.

I am more than happy to register post (particularly if you have mail problems and or live in unit/apartments. This is a flat fee of $5.95 no matter the order size.
