Rush Limbaugh marketed these in the 1990s under the "No Boundaries" name.  These specific ties were named "Patchwork (melon)" and "Patchwork (ivy)" from the Fall & Winter 1996 line of the Rush Limbaugh ties. 

Both ties are preowned and in excellent condition, with the gold chains on the back.  The silk really shines with a beautiful finish.

Ties measure about 56 inches long by about 4 inches wide at the widest section.
