This purchase is for one (1) RFC Model 62-9940(S) individually packaged, all Silver, Type N Male Crimp connectors for Belden 9913, RFC-400, LMR-400 coax cable and other same series cables. This connector accommodates the larger center conductors with .108 inches in diameter or # 11 AWG. We have this same style available for regular RG-8, RG-213, etc. in another auction. That center pin is for cables with .089 inches in diameter or #13 AWG.

Fitment of the coax outer braid/shield is accomplished by crimping. Center pin fitment may be either crimped or soldered.
We have the recommended Crimp Tool, RFC Model 63-801K, or only the crimp die set that fits many other brand crimp tool frames.
Recommended die cavities for this connector are .128-inch for the center pin and .429-inch for the outer braid.

We also have this connector with a Nickel Plated Brass Body, Gold Pin and DuPont™ Teflon® in another listing with the same specifications; but at a slightly less cost. Both are popular.

Also included with each connector is a sufficient length of 2:1 ratio, polyolefin heat shrink tubing adding protection and  attractiveness to your installation.
