You are buying 1 completely customized, laser engraved Medical Alert Wallet Card.  The photos are just examples of what we can engrave.  You tell us:

1 What to engrave on the front? We suggest Name, Address, Telephone#, DOB, Blood Type and one or more Emergency Contacts. The amount of information being engraved will affect the size of the lettering.
2 What to engrave on the back? We suggest Medical Conditions, Medications and Allergies.  The amount of information being engraved will affect the size of the lettering.

About the Wallet Cards

These are METAL cards, the same size as a normal business card - 2" x 3.5". They are made out of anodized aluminum, so they will hold up longer than your wallet. The laser engraving will appear white on the card. Under normal conditions, the engraving should last for many years. The cards can withstand temperature extremes and can get wet. Only physical abrasion will affect the quality of the engraving.

You told us that you loved the product, but it was too bulky.  So we had new cards made that are only 1/50 inch thick (about the thickness of a business card).  Still made out of the same durable aluminum.
