This is an original printed production art cover for X-Men XTinction Agenda, published by Marvel Comics. This is a full-color production art cover on smooth coated cardstock, including both the front and back covers, and is blank on the reverse side. Please note that this is NOT a mass-produced print or lithograph. It is a production art cover that is created during the production process for the book. It features a classic image by the legendary Jim Lee, one of the most distinctive artists in comics. Lee (who is now also known for his classic work on Batman, Superman, and other DC titles after a long stint at Marvel), together with legendary writer Chris Claremont and awesome inker Scott Williams, had one of the greatest Uncanny X-Men runs in the history of the title, and this is one of his most memorable XMen images, from a classic storyline. The piece measures approximately 11 1/2" by 15 1/4", and features a classic image of the mutants Wolverine, Cable, and Archangel! It is in very good condition, with just minor handling wear. Please note that in the scanner it doesn't really show well, but this is a foil enhanced cover, and the red lettering on the cover and image on the back cover, is an awesome light reflective foil.
