The camera is in overall very good condition. The bottom-plate shows some signs of prior use. Some superficial scuff marks, one scratch, no dents or dings. The top-plate shows some minor signs of prior use. Some small rub marks, some small scratches, no dings, no dents. The shutter curtains are in very good condition. No light leaks. All faster shutter speeds seem pretty accurate, longer speeds hang at 1 sec up to 1/20th of a sec.. The original leatherette is in good condition and doesn't mis a piece. Film winds on smooth. Perfectly working and accurate horizontally and vertically aligned rangefinder. Bright and clear finder. Focusing is easy because of good contrast.
The lens is in overall very good condition. The barrel shows minor signs of prior use. Some really minor scuff marks and light scratches, no dings on the barrel. The elements are in very good condition. A very very slight haze, no cleaning marks, no fungus, no separation, no scratches in or in between the elements. The lens is perfectly in focus. A real master piece!! If you miss this one, you'll have hard time finding another similar set in this condition with matching lens and build in 1941. Lens comes with original cap and original leather ready case.
