Shipping Policy
All goods are despatched from Manchester United kingdom. Most items are dispatched in one working day after reciving the clear payment and  delivered with 2-3 working days via Royal Mail. If you have any problems with your order you must contact us immediately, and we shall look in to your concerns and solve the problem. Free delivery is only for UK based addresses.

Royal Mail: Please first of all contact your local post office as we have found over the time that in many cases the Royal Mail postmen fail to leave a notice for parcels. All you need to ask them is if they have any parcels for your address waiting for you to collect. If they cannot help you with this please contact us.

We will respond and solve the issue within 1 working days.  if for any reason you are not happy with the item you are entitled to return this for a refund minus postage charges, this must be done within 14 days.

 ALL GOODS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH ALL TAGS STILL ATTACHED, AND FREE OF ANY WEAR OR TEAR AND UNUSED IN A GOOD SALEABLE CONDITION. 

Faulty Items

We sell all goods Brand new we state otherwise on the individual listing. If you find 
any item you ordered faulty or damaged when received you should return the item to us within 7 days of receipt, please contact us via the eBay communications so that we can arrange the collection and replacement of the faulty item as quickly as possible.
