The blades are made from surgical quality T420 high carbon stainless steel.

Each blade is Hand Sharpened, and Hollow Ground to ensure a precision concave surface for maximum edge retention.

 

The permanently cast solid Brushed Aluminum Handles have a beautiful satin finish. 

Please hand wash only and dry immediately.  Putting these knives through the dishwasher will oxodize and dull the Aluminum Handle.
