The Pack works well for all sorts of muscle aches and pains, arthritis, cramps, migraines, and so much more. Some customers have bought these packs for bed warmers for the winter. Just microwave them for about 90 seconds or to the temperature you desire and place where you like. They also work great if kept in the freezer for a cold pack (keep them in a freezer bag).

Because of the weight, I will ship by Priority Mail.  The cost of shipping is included in the selling price.
