Combined Shipping to USA

• Standard shipping: shipping price for the first item - $2.50, every additional item is FREE (if all items are paid with one payment)! Service - PRIORITY Recorded Airmail, tracked and with signature requirement.
• Expedited shipping: for urgent orders choose Expedited International Shipping. Service - DHL Express or FedEx Express, depending on your country. You can choose this shipping method on checkout page. Delivery time mostly takes 1-2 business days. Every additional item is free, if you make one payment for all ordered items.
• Please pay for all ordered items with one payment in order to be eligible for a combined shipping, otherwise seller is not obliged to refund overpaid shipping.

International Combined Shipping

• Standard shipping: shipping price for the first item - $1.50, every additional item is $0.15 up to a maximum $3.00 per purchase (if all items are paid with one payment).
• Standard Shipping to Central and South America countries: shipping price - $2.99. Every additional item is free (if all items are paid with one payment).
• Expedited Shipping: for urgent orders choose Expedited International Shipping. Service - DHL Express or FedEx Express, depending on your country. You can choose this shipping method on checkout page. Express delivery in EU usually takes 1 business day, outside EU 1-3 business days (unless hold in customs).
• Please pay for all items in one payment in order to be eligible for combined shipping offer, otherwise seller is not obliged to refund overpaid shipping.

• If you choose Expedited International Shipping, your items will be shipped via DHL Express or FedEx Express depending on your country.

• For standard shipping we use Lithuania Post's PRIORITY Airmail service. Higher value parcels will be sent with tracking number and signature requirement. Please contact seller for more details about tracking. Final delivery depends on delivery country's primary postal operator, e.g.:

• Standard delivery: according to quality standards of postal services, parcels in EU should be delivered within 3-5 business days. Parcels to USA, Canada, Australia and other countries are usually delivered within 7-10 business days. However, delivery within these time-frames is not guaranteed.
• Delivery to countries like Russia, South America countries, etc. take longer because of strict customs inspection.
• Expedited International Shipping: inside EU usually takes 1 business day, to USA 1-2 business days, other countries 1-3 business days (unless hold in customs).

Please Notice:

• Delivery time after dispatch depends only on postal operator and might be different each time as it is influenced by several factors: distance, amount of parcels that postal operators have to handle at that particular time, unexpected circumstances, etc. During peak periods delivery to any country will take longer.
• If your purchase is not delivered within a reasonable time or you think that something could be wrong with the delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to solve any issue as soon as possible.

Returns

• If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it for refund or exchange.
• Contact us within 30 days after receiving the item to agree on a return.
• Returns are not free, customer pays for return expenses.
• Items that you want to return must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging and with all labels (if they had them) attached. Copy of purchase invoice must be enclosed.
• We recommend to use registered (signed-for) postal service.
