The two correspondence letters are dated:
1.  May 18, 1857
2.  Aug. 10, 1857

Correspondence Note: The hand writing is quite beautifully done and is characteristic of the time frame of the 1850's.  Some of the words are hard to decipher and would be misspelled.  I have done the best I can to print the letter.
 
(Letter dated:  May 18, 1857) Reads:
"May the 18th, 1857
Dear Cousin,
I now take my pen in hand to write a few lines to you to let you no (know) that we are all well at present and I hope these few lines will find you injoying the the same blessing.
Uncle Edward folks is as well as ...
Uncle John and Aunt Polly was as well the last we heard from them.
Uncle John has got to be large and fleshy.  He was over 200 lbs and works as hard as any body.
Granmother is here with us.  She is well and smart as a cannon.
Granmother and mother got home ... night at halfpast 8 o clock.
Father was to the Susqhana deep O.  ...ighting for them.
Dan and ... Day is well and hav (have) got a girl 8 months old.
John ... is married to David Storke widdow.
It is very cold and back ward season here.
I recieved your letter with much joy to har (hear) from you.
You must wright soon as gen (can).
We would to halve (have) you come and make a visit.
Our folks sends there love to you all.  Give my love to all.

(Letter dated:  Aug. 10, 1857) Reads:
August the 10, 1857
Dear Cousin
I now sit down to write to you.  I intended to have writen before but have neglected it we are all well at present and I hope that these few lines will find you injoying the same blessing.  Our friend in Lebanon are well as usual the last we heard from them.
... is ded (dead).  She did (died) the 18 of July.  She was sick seven waks (weeks) conifindd (confined) to her bed.  The doctors sed (said) she had a canser (cancer) in the stomach.  She was all reddy (already) to be married the 4 of July if she had been well to John Sampson and he folowed (followed) her to her grave.  She was berried (buried) at canaan corners.
Granmother is to Unkle (Uncle) John ... they are ... usule (usual) the last we heard from them. Granmother is as well as ...
Unkle (Uncle) John folks lives in Salem 22 miles from here.
I don't think any of our will come out there this fall.  We want some of your folks to come down here this fall to make a visit and if you can write and let us no (know)  we shal (shall) look for som (some) of you ...

To a close by wishing you good by.  Give our love to all and keep a good part of it your self.

Note:  Eunice M. Kennedy:  I found her on the internet.   Census 1850
Born:  about 1842
Resided in:  'Mount Pleasant, Wayne, Penn.
She would have been about 15/16 years old when she wrote these two letters.
The 1850 census had these names in the household: Robert (39), Charlotte (36), Nelson (13), Nathan (11), Eunice (8), Rebecca (5) and Wellington (1)
