TERMS OF SALE

Parts numbers in the listing are for reference only, your order will come as pictured. Our new products are removed from new models and will come enclosed in our own packaging.  Our parts are removed from new models so there may be signs of disassembly present.

If the screws are pictured, they are included.  If not, they are most likely sold separately in our hardware set for that model.

We guarantee parts will be new and functional upon arrival, but we cannot provide any warranty service after usage.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns of NEW AND UNUSED inventory. Products must be in the same new condition & return cost is paid by the buyer. If we receive the parts in a defective manner due to manufacturing, we will refund you your shipping cost for returning the item. 

If you have a change of heart and would like to return your purchase, please return within 15 days for refund of purchase price.

PAYMENT TERMS

We do combine shipping! If you purchase multiple items from us please notify us of this. We will send you a separate invoice, which will reflect the reduced cost of shipping. Payment is due within 3 days from auction ending unless you are buying multiple items ending on different nights in which case payment is due within 3 days of last item purchased/won.

SHIPPING TERMS

Our US mailing is done with USPS but, may be altered at the request of the individual. If you would like for us to change your method of shipping please notify us before payment is sent.  

We ship our orders same day or within 24 hours of cleared payment.  We do NOT ship on weekends or US holidays. If for some reason we are unable to ship your item in a timely manner, we will notify you informing you of this.
