Trigger Driver for 5 metres EL Wire
This EL Driver has been specially designed for dance acts or light painters who need constant control over their EL Wire and want to switch it on and off at eas.
Based on a standard 2xAA EL Driver, but instead of a push button on the front scrolling through the settings there is a long 1 metre (35inch) wire coming out of the Driver that ends with an ON/OFF plunger.
Extra control can be achieved by half depressing the switch before it clicks and using this to switch the EL Wire On and Off.
The Driver is supposed to sit on the waist or the back where it drives up to 5 metres of EL Wire. The power lead with the trigger on the end can then run from here, down the arm and either be held in the hand, or sewn into the sleeve for easy access
There is no flashing option on this Driver.
This is a powerful and reliable Driver and makes the EL Wire glow brightly. It can run 5 metres of EL Wire or up to 80squ cm of EL Tapes and Panels.
Adding a few Splitters and you can have up to five different 1 metre strands of wire or even 10 pieces of 50cm EL Wire.
*All the EL wire we supply comes with a connector already attached, so they plug straight into the Driver*
The Push button on the front of this Driver has been immobilized and has no effect.
