| or the wrong item was purchased, return shipping will be paid by the buyer, if a replacement is not available. |
| If an item needs to be returned due to damage or defect, all pieces, including damaged, defective or broken pieces must be returned. |
| The day the item is received the product will be inspected and a refund will be issued. If only a partial of the original order is returned, |
| a refund will be given on the received quantity. We do not charge a restocking fee. |
