UK orders for delivery to a UK address have 2 delivery options – 24 hr delivery (currently priced at £7), standard delivery (currently priced at £5).

To benefit from our combined postage you need to use the eBay basket (cart) and not "Buy It Now".

Couriers will require a signature to ensure safe receipt of your goods. If you are not available to collect and sign on the courier's first visit, a calling card will be left with the courier's contact number to arrange re-delivery. Our courier's will deliver until 9pm in most areas!

If nobody is at address at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt to deliver to a neighbour, where a calling card will be left advising the details of delivery.

Please note that you must contact us via eBay message in the first instance of non-receipt of your order. We will be unable to assist if contacted after 14 working days of the order being placed.

Unfortunately we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed and therefore please ensure all details are correct. Items such as tennis tables and gym equipment require a two man delivery. Two man delivery takes 10 working days and the courier will call the customer to arrange delivery the day before.

UK Delivery Option: 24 Hour Delivery

If you select our 24 hr delivery option, and your UK order is placed and accepted before 4pm Monday to Thursday, we aim to have your order delivered to your door the very next day provided the next day is not a UK bank or public holiday. If you place an order after 4pm on a Thursday, or on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday then we aim to have the goods delivered the following Tuesday.

24 hr delivery is not available for certain areas of the UK including the Highlands and the Channel Islands. For a full list of available postcodes please contact our Customer Services team. If the delivery destination is located in an area where 24hr delivery is not available, your order will be delivered as soon as possible.

Orders must be placed before 4pm to receive items the following working day. Also if orders are placed on a Friday, delivery will be made on Tuesday.

UK Delivery Option: Standard Delivery

If you do not select the 24 hr delivery option you will receive your goods via standard delivery. We aim to have all accepted UK orders placed before 4pm dispatched within three (3) working days, although this time may be extended if your order is placed close to a UK bank or public holiday.

Unfortunately we are unable to issue any refunds via PayPal that have been purchased using a voucher. A cheque will be issued in GBP for the item value and will be sent to the invoice name/address on your order.

We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with Sweatshop, however occasionally you may need to return an item. You will find full returns instructions on the invoice which we send out with your order. Please fill out the necessary details at the bottom of your invoice clearly stating the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange.

You may cancel your order any time within fourteen(14) working days, beginning on the day after you received the goods. We will refund the price of the goods in full, however the delivery costs originally paid are non-refundable unless your entire order is cancelled within fourteen(14) working days of receipt of goods. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within fourteen(14) days of the day you gave written notice of cancellation.

To cancel an order you must return the goods to us immediately. We try hard to accept all returns, returns don't need to be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsellable condition, we may have to send it back to you. The goods are returned at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within fourteen(14) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.
