Vintage Lion Rock 'Franz Beckenbauer' action doll/figure molded after the famous German soccer player, dated 1977. This was manufactured exclusively for MC Toy Fulda Germany and includes authorized clothing by Adidas. It measures approx. 10" tall and comes with the following:
 
- A working trigger mechanism / activator
- Adidas long sleeve shirt/jersey
- Adidas shorts
- Adidas soccer cleats/shoes
- Adidas plactic "equipment" bag
- Soccer ball
- 1 (one) Adidas sock
 
The doll/figure has a kicking feature. Attach the activator to his back, lock it and by the push of the button, his leg will kick. His head, torso and arms can move. Arms bend at elbows and hands move at wrists. His feet can move and non-kicking knee can bend as well.
 
Now I would like to take the time to describe any defects/damages I might have noticed and try to describe even the smallest flaw:
 
This doll shows an area of defect/damage on his torso (almost like a "melt") and a pin-size hole on his kicking leg. Behind the left knee it shows almost like pinched "skin" from bending his knee. The feet look like they have some sort of "line" defects, but I believe that it is how they were made. The bag shows some light surface wear from normal use/age and the sticker shows some corner/edge wear and other light wear as well. The elastic on his shorts is worn out almost completely. The one sock has a hole in the front, but it wouldn't be visible when his cleats are worn. The jersey is free of stains, tears/rips. Might show some slight discoloration from age.
Overall this doll is still in good condition with all limbs moving/rotating as they should.

This is an extremely rare doll/figure and is obviously a great collector's item for any Franz Beckenbauer / soccer fan.
