EN ISO 20471:2013 Conformity
Our vests contribute to the safety and well-being and also meet the latest standard EN ISO 20471:2013 standard, a revised version from the previous EN 471 standard. These high visibility vests protect people who work on or near roadside whilst they go about their day to day business. The latest revision to the standard is EN ISO 20471:2013 and that is the standard that all businesses must comply with.

Washing
Our vests can be machine washed at 40C up to 25 times. Wash as synthetics on a warm wash with cold rinse and short spin. Do not wring, tumble dry or iron. The stated number of cleaning cycles is not the only factor related to the lifetime of the garment. The lifetime also depends on usage, care and storage.
We use a number of proven couriers to deliver your order, and the courier responsible for your delivery will depend on what you order and where your order is being delivered to.

A. We provide an after sales service, so if you encounter any problems we urge you to get in touch so that we can put things right.
Refunds will be at the original purchase price excluding any delivery charge and will be made to your original method of payment.
We aim to process all returns within 3 working days of us receiving the goods back in to our Warehouse. However, please make sure that you enclose a note with your eBay username, full delivery address and the reason for the return before sending the goods back to us as this will help to avoid any delays with identifying and processing your return.
On rare occasions, some refunds may take longer than expected to process, however all refunds will be processed within 3 working days. Once your order has been refunded you will receive notification via eBay.
If you are returning boxed items, PLEASE DO NOT ATTACH THE RETURNS LABEL OR USE ANY STICKY TAPE ON THE BOX, as your return will not be accepted.
