Shipping: Most orders received before 2:00 pm EST are shipped same day. Orders received after 2:00 pm will ship next business day. We are already an established business operating and shipping everyday. We even ship out on most Saturdays (although the cut off time is earlier). 

Tracking: All tracking information will be loaded into Ebay as soon as it's available. And you can always contact us for any information you may need. 

Warranty: Most items we sell carry a full manufacturers warranty. We are factory authorized for nearly every item we sell. Should you have an issue with an item you purchase from us and you cannot get warranty help from the manufacturer please contact us. We are here to help. Certain NOS (new old stock) may not carry warranty, however, our listings will always denote NOS for those items. Should you be concerned about warranty before buying a product from us, please check the item listing. We will often list specific warranty information in the listing. And of course if you don't see / understand something about warranty please contact us. 

Returns: Items have a 30 day return policy unless otherwise noted. Returns will carry a 10% restocking fee. If you have concerns about a product you are considering buying please ask us. We don't want you to have to return an item. That costs everyone money. Lets make sure you are looking at the right product before you buy.
