This mask is made from lightweight foam latex utilizing MakupArtist’s unique Foamex® latex Process for the look and feel of human skin. This is not a heavy rubber mask, the foam latex is light weight and will tear more easily then hard rubber masks so great care should be taken to ensure the mask will not tear. This is a professional product the same we sell to movie companies.

Finding the Right Mask

You will need to open the back of the mask up so fitting your head to the mask is only part of it. What  is more important is fitting you face to the mask. Here is a chart of our Female Masks so you can better fit our masks to your face:

Makeup:
We are the only company in the world that provides our masks with four different makeups. SPN is the natural girl makeup, SPS is a smoky classy makeup, SPT is our Tramp or heavy gothic makeup and Diva is a cheaper simplified makeup. The model and type of makeup decides the price of the piece. All masks are handmade and there will be some differences from the photos. If you need an exact match please contact us before you purchase and we can try to send a photo of the mask before we ship it. Our artists are very good but each one has a different style. We also can do custom Makeups for you. 

Item Location:
This mask is located in the MakupArtist Studios in Yugoslavia although we are an American company, and will take about 7 days to reach you in Europe and 15 day in the US by post. Items are usually shipped in one or two days. All custom work is done in our studios in Europe.

Customizing Your Mask:
We offer a list of custom options for our mask. All custom work is done in Europe and will add at least a week to the time of your order.

Custom fitting:

• Custom Fitting with our Patented Lacing Zipper
• Just give us the four measurements. Fit it once then zip it on and off
• Do it yourself Fitting Velcro Kit
• Do it yourself Fitting Lacing Zipper Kit
• Open Mask Mouth. All mask mouths come close unless you request it open. If you request only to open the mouth there is no additional charge.
• Nostril Holes. The Nostrils are punch at no additional charge
• Open and Reinforce the Mask Mouth. We open and reinforce the corners of the mask mouth with Nylon for an additional cost.
• Human Hair Eyelashes. We can add Human Hair eyelashes to the mask
• Human Hair Eyebrows. We can add human hair eyebrows to the mask in Brunette, Black, Blond and Red
• Eyes. We make a plastic contact lens type of eye. The pupil is punch to see out of and the eyes are available in Blue, Green and Brown. These eyes give the mask a real doll like look. The eyes are very difficult to see out of.
• Doll Heads. Many customers use our products for Doll Heads. Please drop us a note if you plan to do this as we can provide you with a thicker mask to make this easier.

Understanding Latex:
There are two types of latex:

• Hard Latex is just as it implies hard like the tire on your car. Masks made from this are stiff, not soft to the touch but are extremely tear resistant
• MakupArtist Foam Latex is soft to the touch, light weight but much more delicate then hard latex and will be easier to tear. For that reason we do not recommend stretching the mask onto yourself but instead opening up the back and doing some kind of fitting  like the methods we offer above. Understand the light weight nature of the piece does not make it Cheap; this is the choice of film makers worldwide!

Guarantee:
If you do not hear from us in one day we did not get the mail so please try another method of reaching us. Ebay does require we back the product 150% so please try to work with us if a problems does arise. Once the item is shipped it is at the mercy of the post office so please be patient and allow the post to do their work. The Post has also gotten really bad about losing packages. Negative Feedback is unnecessary as is anything less than Five Stars. We lose our discount and the cost of our fees increase.s This increases our costs on ebay and ultimately the cost to you. We know the feedback system is not fair nor balance but please help us as much as you can and communicate problems before you act against us.
