PRODUCT MEASUREMENTS:
1. You can return purchased items within 14 days from a date of delivery.
2. Purchased items can be returned if they:
- are originally packed,
- have all tags,
- are not damaged,
- have not signs of use.
3. If items are consistent with auction description and for some reason you want to return them – shipping costs will not be refunded.
4. Returns shipping costs are paid by a buyer. In situations, when items are not as described in an auction description (another item, wrong colour or wrong size) shipping costs will be refunded.
All our parcels are sent by Royal Mail:
- 1st Class
- 2nd Class
- 1st Class Signed For
- 2nd Class Sign For
You will always receive a tracking number to make you sure that your parcel was sent.
Estimated delivery time:
1st Class and 1st Class Sign For: 1-2 working days (excluding weekends).
2nd Class and 2nd Class Sign For: 2-4 working days (excluding weekends).

Dispatch in the same day!
If you order from Monday to Saturday 2.00 pm the package will be sent the same day. If you order on Saturday until 12.00 am probably receive a packet on Monday. The packages usually are sent first class Royal mail.
We take payment from your debit or credit card and PayPal at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
