Returns

·         30 Day returns period from the day of receiving your item(s)

·         We refund the entire purchase price (including any outbound postage charges) for items returned to us in unused, as new condition with all original packaging.

·         Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is not as described or has been damaged in transit.

·         All returns must be accompanied by a note stating –

·         Your preference of replacement or refund

·         You ebay username

·         Our returns number (obtained from us)

·         A brief description of the problem

Returns that do not have a returns number and/or are received after the 30 day period may be refused

Dispatch time

We endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 14.00 UK Time on the same working day. However on rare occasions this may take up to 2 working days. We will notify you of dispatch as soon as items are on their way.

UK + BFPO – Royal Mail Recorded and Tracked / Special Delivery / DHL Courier

International – Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed / DHL Global

Please note that we cannot replace or refund items which have not arrived until the Royal Mail mandated time period of 15 working days (UK) and 21 working days (overseas) have passed.
