Please be aware that the shipping charge advertised is the charge per pallet. The maximum amount that each pallet can hold of this material is 40 square metres. 

Each subsequent pallet ordered will require an additional charge of £89.99 which is set by the haulage company. 

SCOTLAND & IRELAND

89.99 per pallet if you live in Scotland and £119.99 per pallet if you live in Ireland.

EUROPE

We can deliver anywhere in Europe please ignore the flat rate fee of £200 per pallet and contact us before purchasing as the shipping cost may be more expensive or cheaper than the advertised international rate. 

REST OF THE WORLD

We can deliver to almost anywhere in world although the shipping cost can be quite high.

TERMS OF BUSINESS

Credit cards and cash are accepted in person if card payment is made over the phone then delivery can only be made to the card billing address.

All payments must be received within 7 days.

Buyer must inspect tiles before signing for them and any breakages or faults should be written immediately on the drivers paperwork.

The driver has been instructed to wait while you inspect the goods before accepting them.

Returns delivery charge is the sole responsibility of the buyer unless the goods that have been delivered are either wrong or damaged.

At least two customer telephone numbers is required prior to shipping.

When ordering tiles as a rule of thumb you should always order at least 10% more than you need to allow for breakages, wastage and off cuts.
