In Pet Pictures, Stephen Shore presents a series of photographs he has made over the years of his pets - barnyard and domestic alike. With his portraits of Annabelle to Zaza, in all four seasons, Shore shares a loving record of life on his family farm. The book reaches its crescendo with an original signed photograph of Pete the dog who, when wearing his bandana, has been sometimes confused for a boy scout.

ONE PICTURE BOOKS (Series One) was conceived in 1998 as a way to make original artwork affordable. The series consists of uniformly designed, modestly-sized hardcover books, comprising 16 pages that serve as a “canvas” for the artist to display one cohesive body of work.

Each title was limited to 500 numbered copies and included an original tipped-in photograph, signed on the verso by the artist.

The One Picture Book series ended in 2016 with its 100th title and has since moved to a new upgraded One Picture Book Two series.

Stephen Shore is an American photographer known for his images of banal scenes and objects in the United States, and for his pioneering use of color in art photography. In 2010, Shore received an Honorary Fellowship from The Royal Photographic Society.

STEPHEN SHORE was recently on view at the Museum of Modern Art, New York (2017/2018). From the gelatin silver prints he made as a teenager to his current work exploring digital platforms, "Stephen Shore" presented the entirety of the influential photographer’s work over the last five decades. Known for photographing the mundane and for capturing American pop culture in a straight-forward, matter-of-fact manner, Shore presented his first survey in New York.
