After 3 failed delivery attempts, your items will be returned back to us. If an item is sent back to us as a result of failed delivery, there are two options:

1. Re-sending your order: delivery charge applies, value to the same as your order to cover the cost of a re-delivery, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the cost of the item/s, p&p Non Refundable.
