Tier 1 Outlet is part of Tier 1 Asset Management Ltd a privately owned secure IT disposal specialist based in Manchester in the UK. Since 1995 Tier 1 has been providing secure IT disposal services to many well known large corporate clients and public bodies throughout the UK and Europe. 


When you buy from Tier 1 Outlet you can be sure that you are buying from a bricks and mortar company who are always available (within working hours!) to assist you whether it's selecting the right refurbished laptop for home or to buy a suite of desktops for a new office. 


At Tier 1 we believe in ethical solutions to redundant IT hardware. Our green approach to computer recycling means nothing goes to landfill. Tier 1 currently provides training and employment for over 50 UK individuals, supports local charities and employs long term unemployed all through our recycling activity.

Payment

PayPal - eBay's number one choice is also our preferred payment method.
One of the most secure ways to shop online and we are happy to deliver to any address provided by PayPal which makes ordering to alternative addresses quick and easy. 


Card Payments - We are happy to accept card payments for any order over the telephone. We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Maestro and MasterCard's. We only deliver to the registered billing address and card holder verification is required. Please not credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% surcharge. 


Bank Transfer - Another secure option, usually used by business for larger payments. Transfers usually hit within hours and we can ship to any address. Please contact us for bank details and an order reference number.

Shipping

We aim to ship all orders placed before 2pm the same day however this is not always 100%. All orders go through a pre-delivery inspection and therefore we are not able to absolute guarantee a next day service unless otherwise stated. We will ship all orders as fast as possible without compromising on quality. 


Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday are processed the next business day (i.e. orders placed on a Friday night or weekend will be delivered on Tuesday/Wednesday the following week. If your order is of a particularly urgent nature contact us and we will assist where possible. 


International deliveries can take a while to arrive. Please contact us should you have any queries. Tier 1 Outlet cannot be held liable for any customs import duties. Please note we will not put false details on customs labels or mark items as gifts. All orders are shipped via DPD unless otherwise stated and will need to be signed for. 


Delivery addresses cannot be changed after your item has left our warehouse for security reasons. If you have provided us with your email address which is usually registered with Paypal and therefore appears on your order you will automatically get a dispatch notification containing your tracking number with a link to the DPD website so you can track your parcel online. Please allow a few hours for the details to become visible.

Warranty

All items are sold with a 3 month RTB warranty unless otherwise stated so please check the listing carefully before bidding. RTB is a Return to Base warranty which means you are liable for getting the item back to our Manchester warehouse for inspection. 


All damages, shortages, claims or discrepancies MUST be notified to the supplier by an eBay message within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

Returns
In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if something is just not quite right please don't worry, get in touch as soon as possible and allow us to rectify your problem. It is appreciated wherever possible initial contact is made directly to Tier 1 Outlet through an eBay message. 


Most issues customers face are user/software/start up/activation issues and can generally be sorted swiftly. However If you do need to return your purchase may we ask for you to return your item securely in the original packaging provided. 


Tier 1 Outlet will collect all returns recorded within 48 hours FOC. Please note serial numbers for all assets are fully recorded and any 'foreign' items will be immediately rejected. Tier 1 Outlet is proud of its excellent customer service and your complete satisfaction is our number one priority.
