Delivery & Returns

Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch all orders received by 1pm on the same working day (Monday-Friday). All orders placed after 1pm are dispatched on the following working day. We offer Free Standard Delivery on all UK orders and normally use Royal Mail service to post it to customers and it usually arrives 1-3 working days, including Saturdays. We also offer Signed For & Special Delivery service for additional fee within the UK. All International orders will be posted by Royal Mail Signed & Tracked service.

Returns

We hope you will love your product purchased from Simply Bags Shop but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us within 30 days of the shipping date. All we ask is that the items you send back are Unused, In the same condition we sent them out to you, In their original packaging with all labels and tags. To arrange a return simply go to your transaction and request it from there or contact us and we will help you with the process.
