3. Our traditional sizing runs approximately 2 sizes smaller than today's fashion sizing. (e.g. If you wear a "Street" Size 8, you might consider a Reed Hill Ltd. Size 12) It is very important to check you physical measurements against those posted above (accurate to within 1/2 inch +/-) WE ARE HERE TO HELP! Ask any questions . 4. RETURNS / EXCHANGES within 24 hrs -- All items purchased from Reed Hill ltd. should be fully inspected by Buyer upon receipt. Any issues with merchandise received must be reported to Reed Hill Ltd, , within 24 hrs of delivery per UPS or USPS Computer. Please include: Issue; Name; Address; Item Purchased; and a Phone Number where you can be reached.
5. Prompt action is necessary for a refund of purchase price. -- Shipping is never refundable -- Returns must be in the same condition and package sent -- or an additional 25-50% Restocking Fee, plus any necessary Reconditioning and Shipping Fees will be charged.
6. DO NOT CUT STITCHING at pleats on coats or returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
7. All returns MUST submit a valid tracking number within 72 hrs of delivery per UPS or USPS Computer. Any returns after 72 hrs will be subject to a restocking fee of 25 - 50% depending on item, plus any additional reconditioning and shipping fees.
8. Buyer pays all Shipping costs. (Return label for return shipping via UPS only and standard shipping charge will be deducted from credit on all authorized returns).
