These little cute baby/toddler boots are new with shimmery hearts and Hello Kitty prints. Most of these shoes have the paper tag in the picture but there are exceptions.The boot shaft is about 7" measured from bottom of outsole up. The boots have side zip closure, making it easy  on and off. The boots have main color black. The upper fabric looks like flannel. The sock liner is also fabric. There is  a thin padding between the upper and sock liner. The outsole is rubber. These boots are light weight. Size 7 pair weighs about 8oz. Note weight varies with size. Larger size will weigh more.
