All orders are shipped Monday through Thursday only (Friday is not a shipping day).

All orders are shipped using Canada Post.

Orders placed on Thursday after 3:00 pm EST will not be shipped until Monday.

Saturdays and Sundays may not be considered time in transit.

For US customers we offer Expedited Shipping with tracking number as well, please see the options or email with request.

International small packages shipped without tracking number. We do offer International Expedited Shipping with tracking number, It will cost 75.00$ on the package up to 1.5 kg.

We ship all items within 2 business days after the payment is received.

You will get your item within 1-7 business days after it has been shipped, depending on where you live in Canada.

For US orders delivery time may take up to 5-14 business days

For International orders delivery time can take up to 1-2 weeks for the Letter mail (150g), and 1-4 weeks for the Air Small Package (250g +), depending on where you live overseas.

We personally guarantee delivery on every package that we ship.

Once items are shipped we have no control over transit times ( please keep this in mind when you leave your feedback regarding the shipping time)  

If you have not received your package within four weeks of ship date please contact us and we will do everything possible to make sure you get your package.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason please contact us within 7 days from the date you received it. We will give you full refund minus shipping and handling. All the personalised items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please be sure to email us before returning the package. In order to be eligible for a full refund, item must be returned in its new and unused condition and packed properly as we sent it. We will not refund the money until we have the returned item in our hands.

Damaged items: We always check items prior to shipping. But it can be damaged during transportation. If this is what happened, please contact us, we will either send you another item or will give you refund. In order to be eligible for a full refund or exchange, you must provide picture of the damaged item.
