We accept PayPal or Credit Cards. We only ship to PayPal confirmed UK address. Item that Come with Color Choice, please make sure to specify the desired color on the note section (message to seller) or on the drop down list when you make payment through PAYPAL or eBay note. Otherwise, we will pick random colour for the choice. We cannot pick color through email!

Shipping terms

All items ship within 24-48 Hours of Payment Verification (Excludes Weekends & Holidays). We CANNOT ship orders to PO Boxes We use multiple Carriers across the UK to ensure your item is delivered as fast as possible . By placing an order, you are agreeing that your delivery information may be shared with other suppliers in order to fulfill your purchase. Please include a Physical Street Address, All items will be shipped to buyer's eBay address. Before you pay, please make sure your address in eBay matches the address you would like us to ship to. No refund available for wrong address. In most cases, international shipping takes around 7-14 business days. We ship to the UK mainland only, Please inquire for postal cost to outside UK Mainland prior to bidding or Buying and free delivery items. If you do not receive your item on time (7 days for UK), please contact me immediately for further assistance. I will not be responsible for any damages or losses incurred in the shipping process. If the package is returned by forwarding issue, buyer will be charged for return shipping and reshipping fee or we will refund the original amount deducted from return shipping cost.

Return policy

Our entire products have been tested by the manufacture in good condition. We offer a 7-day money back guarantee on the cost of all items. Items must be returned in original packaging in unused condition. Please notify us via email immediately if you plan to return any items or if item received douse not match description. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. • If you receive a faulty item, contact us immediately for the return address. Return is accepted within 7 days after receiving the item. Returned item has to be in its original condition along with any accessories. If defective item is reported within 7 days of receipt, I shall bear the return postage cost. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs if defective item reported after 7 days. Once I receive the faulty item, it will be tested against the description of fault (as communicated in writing by customer). Either the fault will be repaired or a replacement or full refund will be possible. Replacement will depend on available stock & colour, if not available, a refund will be issued straightaway.
