PACKAGING& SHIPPING:

All of our products are carefully packaged and double boxed so as prevent damage to boxes and merchandise.

All items will leave our facility within 24 hours of your purchase unless it is a weekend or holiday, in which case we will have your items in the mail on the next business day. We ship Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that it may take 24 to 48 hours for your tracking information to update on the shipping company's website.

Returns:

We only do returns if we ship you the wrong shoe or ship you the wrong size.  We are not responsible for your shoe size not fitting. So, please order the size you need.
