Body Length is measured from shoulder/neck joint to the bottom hem. Body Width is measured from armpit to armpit while laid flat. Sleeve Length is measured from the back center to the sleeve hem.
Please note: We use Gildan brand hoodies by default. If in case we run out of certain color in a given size then we will have to use the unavailable color/size from either JERZEES or Hanes brand which are the same in price, quality, fabric, and style.
Shipping: - Ships from US the next business day between Monday to Friday
- Delivery takes 2-4 business days
- Buyers' shipping addresses must be correct and complete before purchasing an item
- We do ship to business, residential, and PO Box addresses.
Exchanges and Returns: - Exchanges and returns are excepted withing 14 days of delivery. Return/exchange items must be brand new to qualify for exchange and/or return.
- Return/exchange shipping costs are buyers' responsibility both to and from destinations. If returned, we will deduct shipping cost when refunding for the returned item. Even though shipping was free for the customer we will still have to deduct shipping fee charged by a shipping company from us. One-way shipping cost withing the US is usually between $4 and $9 for a single item depending on what shipping service/item is selected. Returned items will be inspected for a sign of usage before exchanging or refunding. Any sign of perfume, smoke, pet hair, wash, stain, wear, tear, deformation, etc will make the shirt disqualified for exchange or refund. If you purchase more than 2 items and want to return all of them then return is not accepted because we can't resell them. We recommend purchasing one shirt first and if you like then purchase more.
