1) Q. Do you Provide Certificate of Authenticity with the item/s ? 

All Diwani Diamond Jewellery item/s comes with a Certificate of Authenticity mentioning every minutest details about the item/s. It is a tribute to Diwani Diamond Jewellery's commitments towards its prominent brand value quality, trust and transparency.

2) Q. Can you mark the item parcel as "Gift" & lower the Invoice price to save buyer from import duty or Custom charges ?

A. With your instructions we can marked parcel as Gift but all responsibility is yours. NO, We cannot able to lower the item price in the export INVOICE, because payment you are giving to us is credited in to our bank account. Against that payment we have to show, same amount of export to our account auditor. So not possible. Sorry.

3) Q. Where do you ship the item/s from ? Do you ship internationally ? How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge ?

A. We ship all our items parcels from MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA, INDIA. We ship Worldwide for FREE inclusive of Insurance charges for this item you are watching. We ship to USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, and Selected Asian and Middle East countries. 

Please confirm with us before bidding or buying whether we have shipping facilities to your delivery address other than above mentioned countries. We don't ship item/s to Guyana, Jamaica, Panama, Trinidad and Tobago, Eritrea, Slovakia, Iraq. 

4) Q. What is your piercings Post length & Post thickness Gauge ?

A. This Item post wire or post pipe height, length and thickness is universally comfortable standard size. If you have any specific size requirement of Post wire / pipe height, length and thickness gauge then please email us BEFORE purchase, so that if it is possible then we will send you the QUOTE for exact post height, length and thickness of the post wire or pipe. we have to add more gold and labour in it.

5) Q. Can you make the Screw Post pipe thickness Gauge thinner than 18 Guage ?

A. Regarding straight screw back post pipe type fitting, we cannot able to make screw post pipe thinner than 18 gauge. it is very difficult to have thinner post pipe than 18 gauge.

6) Q. Can you make this item in White Gold?

A. Just for your knowledge white gold is made from yellow gold mixing alloys in it. Both the Gold has to be finish with full or part White rhodium polish on it. All our item/s are made of 14k Solid Yellow Gold with full or part white rhodium polish on it. Sorry at present we do not have facility to manufacture items in White Gold.

7) Q. What is the different between 18 Gauge post thickness & 20 Gauge post thickness ?

A. Just for your knowledge, 18 gauge post wire or post pipe is thicker than 20 gauge post wire & 20 gauge post wire or post pipe is thinner than 18 gauge post wire. We try to make our post wire & post pipe as thin as possible so that it will pierce into anyone's nose / Lip / Tragus hole very easily and will not bother all the time while wearing. 

16 or 17 Gauge 'L' shape spiral band post wire is very thick and very hard to pierce in anyone's nose hole. We don't recommends 16 gauge thick 'L' shape spiral band post wire. If you insist than at the most we can make 18 gauge thick 'L' shape band post wire for you. We have to add more gold and labour in it. We will charge you 20 US$ more for this modification. If you are interested than email us your desire and we will re price and revise this item price for you to buy through ebay.

12, 14 or 16 Gauge Straight Screw back Post Pipe is very thick and very hard to pierce in anyone's nose / lip / tragus hole. We don't recommends you to go ahead with 12, 14 or 16 Gauge thick Screw Post Pipe. If you insist than at the most we can make it in 17 Gauge thick Screw Post Pipe for you without any additional charges. It will pierce easily in to anyone's nose / lip / tragus hole and will not bother you all the time while wearing. If you are interested than write in the comments to the seller while checking out or email us you desire and we will do the needful.

8) Q. How do you ship the International parcels ? 

A. We ship all the parcel through INDIAN Government's 100% safe & secure INDIA POST Services like EMS SPEED POST, REGISTER POST PARCEL / AIRMAIL etc. duly insured. Every parcel is shipped from INDIA is fully examined and inspected by INDIAN Government’s Custom COMMISSIONER, Inspector & appraisers & then sealed it in front of us for shipping abroad.

9) Q. Who will pay for the import duty or custom charges levied in buyer's country ?

A. Please check with local import laws of your country before buying. All Applicable Imports duties / customs charges or any VAT TAX charged by the buyer's country if any, will have to be paid by the BUYER.

10) Q. What is your item Return Policy ?

A. We offer a policy for you to return the ITEM, in case Item is "Significantly Not as Described".

You can return it to us in its original unused condition within 30 days from the date of delivery.

We stand behind every Item/s we sell. Due to any kind of dissatisfaction after purchase, like Item/s "Significantly Not As Described" or "Not As shown in the Images", you can return Item/s within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Our quality control staff will examine the returned Item/s, and, if found intact, and not worn or altered and if it is in its original unused condition, then we will return your money back after deducting 20% restocking fees from the sale price. We don't return Import duties, Taxes & Vat charged by BUYER's country, shipping, insurance, packaging, and handling charges as well as commission charged by EBay and Payment gateways like Paisa Pay or PayPal at the time of Item/s purchased by you.

11) Q. Do you send shipping and tracking information by email to the buyer?

A. Yes We will send shipping & tracking details by email to every customer after the order has been shipped. We strongly urge all customers to inspect their package for damage or tampering before signing the acknowledgement receipt of the courier company.
