Offered for sale is a complete 1979-80 O-Pee-Chee hockey set on a series of 3 uncut factory sheets. The pictured sheet, comprising the majority of the value, shows the cards of Wayne Gretzky, Gordie Howe, and Bobby Hull, among others.

The overall condition of the sheet is outstanding with only very minor wear near the corners and edges. There are also a number of light/very light creases near the left edge (affecting players Ron Stackhouse, Cam Connor, Bryan Trottier Record Breaker, Mike Bossy Record Breaker), the top edge (affecting players Greg Smith, Don Edwards, Dan Labraaten, Bobby Smith) and top right (affecting Thomas Gradin). There are no other significant defects.

The Wayne Gretzky, Gordie Howe, and Bobby Hull on the sheet are all outstanding and in Mint condition. The Gretzky exhibits superior print quality (there are a few small print spots) and superb registration/focus. The color and visual appeal are exceptional throughout. This sheet is from the first print run of 1979-80 O-Pee-Chee hockey and is becoming increasingly rare in today's hobby where they are typically cut apart.
