We accept returns/exchanges (subject to availability) under the following terms and conditions:
- All Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
- Refund will be issued for the cost of the merchandise, less all shipping costs. If your item shipped for FREE, we will deduct the shipping cost we paid to ship the order to you
- 10% restocking fee on ALL returns
- All merchandise must be returned unworn and in same condition as received and all tags attached. Any shoes returned with signs of wear or damage will prohibit your return and will be sent back at customer’s expense. We recommend trying on shoes on a carpeted area
- Your return must contain the original undamaged (shoe/boot) box and any packaging that have been included with the shipment and be shipped in a protective box. Items returned in non-original or damaged box will be subject to $5 repackaging fee
- No INTERNATIONAL Returns accepted
- No Returns of High-end Designer merchandise
- No Returns on Swimwear, No exceptions
- Enclose the return form or a note with the original item number and your desired exchange or request for refund
