Genuine Evolis RTCL009NAA retransfer film is required when printing cards with a reverse transfer Avansia Evolis printer.

Evolis retransfer printers print your card image to the underside of the Evolis RTCL009NAA film, which is then applied to the surface of the card. The card image is 'sandwiched' between the retransfer film and the card.

To maintain the warranty on your Evolis printer, optimize the use of your printer, and maximize the quality of your printed cards, use only genuine Evolis RTCL009NAA retransfer film ribbons.

You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received: All original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags and accessories or bonus items. All items included in a bundle such as PVC Cards, Ribbons, Software, Cameras, Mini Tripod.

Returns on Software or Ribbons packages are accepted as long as the box where it was shipped is not open. Software or Ribbon that was opened and installed will not be accepted.
