FRENCH WHISK 18/8 STAINLESS STEEL 45cm LONG WITH SEALED HANDLE BRAND-NEW COMMERCIAL QUALITY

This is a commercial-quality 18/8 stainless steel French whisk with sealed handle. It measures 45cm long, that’s 12.5cm for the handle (including the handy hanging hook) and around 32.5cm for the wires.

It is perfect for mixing sauces, and also egg whites if you do it fast enough! And the wires, where they join the handle, are sealed, so as to prevent any liquid or mixture seeping into the handle, as well as to reinforce the strength of the wires themselves. Clever, yeah?

French whisks have a similar shape to their Piano counterparts, though are slightly less rounded at the whisking end and more elongated along their length – skinnier, in other words. They also have multiple, flexible wires connected at each end to the handle, and make for excellent all-purpose whisks. This particular whisk has eight wires in total, coupled at each end, allowing therefore sixteen stainless cables to whisk with!
