Shipping Policy and Procedure:
Domestic Shipping:
We currently offer three forms of shipping, Ground, 2 Day, and Next Day. Ground shipping varies depending on your location, for an estimate of ground shipping time please give us a call. All shipping lengths start from when your order leaves our facility. Most of the time when you purchase an unassembled component, we can ship same day if the order is placed before Noon EST. However if you are ordering custom built golf equipment, which includes a club with a custom shaft or a shaft with an adapter we will need to assemble them to your specifications which takes 2-3 days. Keep this in mind when ordering and adjust your shipping choice to coincide with when you would like to receive your order.
If you have a tight deadline it is best to give us a call and make sure your order can be fulfilled within your timeframe or if you are traveling we can ship your order to your hotel.
While we do our best to maintain 2-3 day handling time, on more complex orders it may take up to a week before shipment. Occurrences that may happen to delay shipment are, but not limited to: product back-order, order modification, order additions, etc. These circumstances are rare as we maintain a 95% success rate of shipping within the 2-3 day window.
In certain areas of the U.S. there are more preferred methods of shipment and more preferred carriers. Depending on your location we may alter your shipping method slightly so your order gets to you faster, when this happens it will always be to your benefit.
International Shipping:
We offer shipment internationally; we only use premium carriers FedEx and UPS for international shipments. Express International shipment is 2-3 days and International Economy is 4-6 days. International shipments for golf equipment is higher due to the dimensions of the box being 48” long. While the boxes are quite light in comparison to the size the carriers charge a premium due to the dimensional size. Please keep in mind that our shipping quotes include a 10-15% loss from what it actually costs us, so we are quoting you the lowest possible price that certain items can be shipped. The US Postal Service is more affordable, however we do not use it unless there is a special circumstance as the delivery time can be 2-6 weeks, and is not as reliable as FedEx or UPS for international shipments.
All international shipments will require a customs fee upon receipt. Responsibility for payment falls solely on the customer, and we cannot effectively predict what those charges will be ahead of time. If this is a concern for you place your order on our website first then give us a call or email us and we can inquire on your behalf and try to get you a customs fee as low as possible.
Return Policy:
We only accept 100% money back returns on unused component products still in their packaging that you received them in. Any assembled clubs, used products, or products removed from their packaging devalue instantly, and therefore cannot be returned at full face value.
However, if you are unhappy with your selection, we will work with you on a 20% re-stocking fee. Upon receiving returned product, you will recover 80% of your original purchase price minus the initial shipping cost. Free shipping promotion is voided under these circumstances, and the initial shipping charges will be deducted from the partial refund.
