We do not ship to PO box. Please give us a non-po-box address. If you need to work in the daytime, we advise you to ship your parcel to your work address.

We ship the item(s) by SpeedPAK or Hong Kong Post from our Hong Kong office.Your item(s) will normally be sent out within 2 business day and it takes 15-20 business days to arrive depending on the service you choose and the destination. Speaking from experience, about 10% of the parcel delivery might take longer than the officially estimated time due to the customs clearance and remote areas. If you do not receive the parcel within 15 days, please contact us and we will update you.
For the remote-area destination, DHL and UPS will charge you 35.00AUD for the remote area fee. So if you live in a remote area, we advise you to ship the item to a non-remote-area address. Can be your work address or your friends' addresses.

IMPORT TAX
We are NOT liable for ANY import tax, customs fee, or customs delay. If the parcel is return back to us due to the buyer’s refusal to pay the above fee, we would NOT resend the parcel until the buyer complete those fees and pay ALL the return and resend cost. Buyer can not cancel the order or request refund based on the above reason.
 
WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY
Warranty Repair Period: 90 Days Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is not working properly, please inform us with a description of the problem via eBay message or email and we will promptly respond with return information to get your item exchanged or repaired.
Please note:
1. Replacement is available within 30 days of the original date of purchase.
2. Contact us prior to shipping us any returns so we can keep your return information in record. This will enable us to process your returns quickly, and we will provide you a RMA that is required.
Non-defective Return
1. Contact us within 14 days from the original date of purchase.
2. If the returned item is brand new and still factory sealed, we will only charge you the outgoing shipping costs that were paid to get the original item to you.
3. If the item comes back to us in used or open box condition, there will be restocking fee besides the shipping charge.
Return Shipping
We will cover all outgoing shipping costs incurred to ship the item to you for defective return.
The return shipping costs required to ship the item back to us, are always paid by the customer.
Warranty would be invalid for following conditions
1. Damage caused by: accident, misuse, abuse, alteration, improper handling or improper assembly.
2. Damage caused by improper packaging when buyers return the item to us.
3. Item was disassembled or repaired by unauthorized person.
