If for any reason the item you receive is not what you desire or you are not satisfied with your purchase please within 14 days and we will do everything we can to resolve the matter.

In the rare event an item of jewellery is found to be faulty you will be offered a replacement and postage refund or full refund for goods and postage once the faulty item has been returned

In the event of the item not arriving to you please contact your local post office as it may be being held there, If lost in transit item will be replaced after 14 days or 28 days for overseas orders
