• Adorable vintage Tiger, probably dates from the 1930s, but may be a little earlier.
  
• Mohair plush fabric, densely filled with wood-wool stuffing.
• Striking green eyes (which appear to be original). 
  
• Mouth, nose, and stripes are all dyed into the fabric.
  
• No labels or makers mark, but he is quite typical of a style popular among European manufacturers of the time.
  
• 23cm / 9" long without tail.  38cm / 15" including tail (measurements approximate).
  

Condition:

• Good vintage used condition.
• Mohair plush is a little thin in places.  One or two small bald spots noted (on neck and side of right leg).  Not very noticeable.
• The dyed black stripes and facial features have faded a little with age.
• The stuffing on his underside is rounded, so he leans a little when sat on a surface (see last photo for illustration).
  
• The seam on his back near the base of the tail is open (approx 1.5cm).  Not very noticeable, and is unlikely to progress if handled with care.  See photos 10 & 11.  10 shows it  as it appears.  11 shows the seam being held open for illustrative purposes (note the tightly bound wood-wool stuffing). 
  
• Stuffing near the base of the tail has settled, and there is a crease in the fabric at this point.  See photos 8 & 9 for close ups.  Also visible in the 4th and 5th photos showing the sides full length.
