SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.

Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (EST). Orders placed late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. 



Estimated delivery time:

RTA Cabinets: Arrives 10 to 15 business days after processing if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST).

Assembled Cabinets:  Arrives 15 to 20 business days after processing if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST).


Shipping Area:

We only ship to 48 Contiguous United States, shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii and outside of US are not accepted.

6% sales tax will be charged for Maryland customers.

We ship our cabinets through FedEx Freight, FedEx Ground or Home Delivery.

Shipping Method may based on total weight of the merchandise.

Please notes that all deliveries are tailgate or curbside delivery only. This means that the freight company is only responsible to take the product to the tailgate or end of the truck. A large tractor trailer truck includes a 53’ bed and can be as long as 73’ with the truck cab. If the location cannot handle a large tractor trailer, then special accommodations must be made and additional fees may apply. Please also note that many of the products are very large or heavy and may require at least two or three people to unload.



SHIPPING POLICY:

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays.  

Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (EST). Orders placed late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Additional charges may accrue on Priority, Overnight and International shipping if multiple attempts are made for delivery. Order will be shipped using the preferring shipping upon delivery, notify the delivery driver of the damage and request that he/she makes a note of the damage on the delivery receipt. All damaged items will need to be accepted by the customer. Please do not reject any items in order to file the delivery damage claim, otherwise it is considered as return items, additional shipping cost and 25% restocking fee will be charged and un-refundable.



DELIVERY DAMAGE CLAIM:

If there is any damage upon delivery, notify the delivery driver of the damage and request that he/she makes a note of the damage on the delivery receipt. All damaged items will need to be accepted by the customer. Please do not reject any items.

  • A damage claim with us will need to be filed before replacements will be shipped. Be sure to include your order number, buyer’s name, shipping address and a brief description of damage. This description must include the item numbers and the parts needing replaced. You must include images of the damage along with the email to better ensure the correct replacement parts are shipped. Upon receipt of the damage claim email we will send a confirmation email and then proceed to ship replacements/parts as soon as possible.
  • For distributors and other stocking customers, missing parts claims must be made within 14 days of product receipt by end user.
  • Proof of purchase from Distributor or customer to end user required.
  • Customer must receive product in accordance with our shipping and receiving policy, and may be required to submit information verifying the claim. These policies are set by our freight carriers, so failure to comply will result in loss of compensation for the customer.


RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

All sales are final and we do not accept returns.
