What are the guidelines?

Returned items that do not meet the below criteria may be subject to less than a full refund of the item's value. To be eligible for a return the exact item you purchased must be returned.

General return requirements

Item(s) must be in the exact condition they were received:

• Unused, unaltered, with no damage or signs of use outside of the listed item condition or how it was received. No opened box, If you opened it then it is not as you received it. We do not pay shipping on any returns, all items are photographed and described, Please use the ask seller a question if you are not sure about the item, If you need more information or more photos, Please ask... 
• We do require a photo of the item when you request a return, We do take a photo of the item when it is returned. It has to be exactly as you received it. Do not open the packages we will not accept the return. Please know you have to pay the shipping to send it back. Thank you
