The XCELPLUS Texecom battery is available in two capacities. The standard 150mAh, and the high capacity 400mAh battery pack offering greater peace of mind and longer life.  The XCELPLUS Extended Life™ uses the highest capacity 2/3AAA cells available, produced using high quality industrial, nickel-metal hydride (NiMH) batteries.

Variations:
We've produced the NiMH siren battery pack in 3 arrangements; 6V, 7.2V and 8.4V, depending on your system.  Each pack is the same dimensions and will install without any modification to the siren box.

Features:
XCELPLUS™ are the only producer of alarm batteries to include a PTC resettable fuse, used to protect against over-current faults or reverse polarity insertion. All batteries can leak acid when they're depleted for long periods if gone unchecked. PTC resettable fuses prevent further damage to the control panel from short-circuit faults caused by battery acid. As of 2014 all batteries sold by XCELPLUS™ now feature this vital protection.
