Remotes are brand new and have never been used but may have light scratches that I can't see in the shine plastic black finish because of all the shipping & handeling from factory to distributor to me. Remotes will be removed from their boxes to make shipping easier but will have the original plastic sleeve & manual. Remotes uses two AAA batteries not included.

Please make sure you use new batteries with the remote. Remote will need to be registered to the TV before you can use all the functions.
