Delivery

All items are generally dispatched in the next working day, after your payment has been verified
We only dispatch item during Monday to Friday and don't dispatch on Public Holidays
To be valid for Same Day Dispatch, you have to purchase by 10am
Deliveries for Fascinator will take 1-2 working days
Deliveries for Scarves, Gloves and anything else will take 2-3 working days
If you are in a hurry we also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery, that guarantees the item to be delivered Next Day by 1pm
All orders made for Special Delivery by 2pm will be included for same day dispatch
International shipment will take 10-15 working days, but we cannot guarantee the parcel will arrive in time
If the parcel is late, please first check with your local post office as signed for card is not always left

Return

We offer 14 days return policy for all goods.
The buyer will be responsible for the return postage
Please send the item back in its original packing and resaleable condition with tag
Please do NOT put Fascinators in an envelope to avoid damage to the feathers and flatten in transit
We will not refund damaged and used items
