- Alcotec Turbo yeast is one of most popular yeast for spirits making made in UK. The turbo 48 hours has a stable performance for fermenting with a large range of temperature tolerance.
- It can reach 14% alcohol content in 48 hours or 20% in 5 days if you can keep the fermenting temperature between 18-24C.
- Suitable for 8kg Dextrose or 6kg sugar in 25L wort, but can go upto 9kg sugar if you leave it for longer time.
- Usage Instruction: Add 15L of 25C water into fermenter, add sugar to disolve, top up to 25L with 25C water and pitch the yeast, keep fermentation temperature between 18-24C.
