POSTAGE
Please ensure that your full name, address and telephone number are present and also correct. When a courier is delivering your item/s they may need to contact you. In the event that any of this information is missing or incorrect, it may delay delivery.
Any costs arising from incomplete/incorrect contact information would be the responsibility of the buyer to cover.
Items are sent via the postage method stated in the listing. Due to weight and size of some packages, if multiple purchases are made, the standard postage service may differ i.e. states Royal Mail but may be sent by courier. This may also include a slightly slower postage method (2nd class instead of 1st).
Enhanced postage services purchased at checkout are unaffected by possible downgrading due to multiple item purchases and will be sent by the method stated or an equivalent speed service.
We obtain receipts/proof of all items posted either by the recorded delivery slip, proof of postage certificate or courier delivery note.
ROYAL MAIL
We try to post all items out the same day or within 24 hours of purchase.
According to Royal Mail, 1st class mail is delivered within 1-3 days but is not guaranteed.
Estimated delivery times are 2-4 days. If you do not receive your item in this time frame, please be patient as Royal Mail can take up to 15 days to deliver (frustrating we know!)
From time to time items are delayed being delivered or go missing in the post which we cannot be held accountable for and do not offer a refund in the event of this happening. We would do everything we can to work with you to resolve any problems in the unlikely event this happens.
Royal Mail does not consider mail to be lost until after 15 days have lapsed front the posted date. Claims cannot be started before the end of this time period.
COURIERS
We used various different couriers depending on the weight/value of the item/s and also delivery destination. The courier stated on the listing may sometimes vary from the courier used. Therefore delivery times may vary slightly between couriers.
Sometimes your address may be classed as a remote area (Highlands and some areas of Europe) by the courier and additional payment may be required to cover the postage cost.
This rarely happens but if you know that your address is classed as remote area, please let us know. Failure to do so may delay delivery.
We won't know if the delivery address is classed as remote until we try to book the courier.
PAYMENT
We accept Payment by Paypal, cheque, bank transfer and can also process card payments.
Items paid for by cheque will only be posted after the cheque has cleared.
Please take this into consideration regarding dispatch and delivery times.
On receiving a cheque, we sometimes are not able to pay them in straight away and may take a couple of days to do so.
