Primarily used as a tractor for moving heavy artillery pieces, the Sd.Kfz. 8 was a half-track used by the Nazis during World War II. In addition to its prime mover role, however, ten — of the nearly 4,000 built — were modified and outfitted as an anti-aircraft vehicle, equipped with an 8.8cm FlaK 18 weapon. All ten participated in the Invasion of Poland, the Battle of France, and Operation Barbarossa.

Representing one of those rare lethal half-tracks, this 1/72 scale, die cast replica features finely textured surfaces, a dusty blue paint scheme, a rotating turret, a realistic gun shield, detailed tracks, and authentic markings. Measures approximately 4" long.
