Shipping is available to destinations within the U.S. and APO/FPO addresses.  We charge a flat rate of $5 on all orders. Orders are sent via Fedex for U.S. street addresses and by USPS for all P.O boxes and APO/FPO addresses.


Estimated Delivery Times


We begin processing orders quickly, so we are unable to make changes after an order is submitted. Estimated delivery time is within 4 business days from the date of purchase with FedEx shipping and 10 business days for USPS shipping

Brooks products come with a no-questions-asked, 30-day satisfaction guarantee on every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your new Brooks equipment within the first 30 days after purchase, we will replace or exchange your product.


To return unworn items:


To return an unworn item for a refund, please package it in its original packaging and return it within 30 days. Please include the bottom half of the packing slip included in your original shipment. We will credit your PayPal account once we receive the item and process the return.


To return worn items:


When we say "worn", we mean that you ran in it. If you just tried it on and it didn't fit, or you didn't like the color, or you changed your mind, please follow the "unworn items" return instructions above.
If you ran, played, sweated, etc., in it, and it just didn't work out, please call us at 1-800-227-6657, option 2, within 30 days of purchase and we will replace or exchange your product.
